Susan K. StillSusan K. Still 
President & Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Still became President and CEO of HomeTown Bank in May, 2008. She joined HomeTown Bank at its inception with 30 years of banking experience and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer from 2005 to 2008. Prior to joining HomeTown Bank, Ms. Still was Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at SunTrust Bank from 2003 to 2005.  Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Wachovia Bank from 1993 to 2003 where she gained extensive experience in commercial lending, treasury management, capital management and capital markets. Prior to Wachovia, Ms. Still was with Dominion Bank in Roanoke from 1977 to 1987 in Credit Administration and as Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager from 1987 to 1993. She gained retail banking and banking operations experience early in her career with Barnett Bank of Florida from 1975 to 1977. Ms. Still is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in accounting as well as the School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

Charles W. Maness, Jr. Charles W. Maness, Jr  
EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Maness is the Chief Financial Officer for HomeTown Bank and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He began his career as a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and then worked for seven years in public accounting, focusing primarily on auditing and consulting for financial institution clients.  Mr. Maness has a broad level of work experience in banking.  In addition to working in the areas of accounting and finance, Mr. Maness has also held management positions as Senior Credit and Senior Lending Officer.  A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Maness is a graduate of Radford College and Virginia Tech. 

William C. Moses William C. Moses 
EVP & Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Moses has been employed with the Bank since November 14, 2005, all in his current position as Chief Credit Officer. Before coming to the Bank, he served as a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for six years and 23 years with several regional and national banks including 10 years with Wachovia Bank before joining HomeTown Bank. During that period he held various positions involving credit underwriting, risk management and credit administration. Mr. Moses has a degree in Accounting from University of West Florida.



Terry E. O Terry E. O'Shaughnessy 
EVP & Chief Lending Officer

Mr. O’Shaughnessy has been employed by HomeTown Bank since 2007, serving first as a Senior Commercial Lender for a year before being promoted to his present position of Chief Lending Officer.  He was previously employed for three years in community banking at the Bank of Rockbridge in Lexington, Virginia, where he served as Senior Commercial Lender and the Manager of Credit Administration.  Prior to community banking, Mr. O’Shaughnessy worked for Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T) for five years as a Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender. Before joining BB&T, he was in commercial banking and retail branch management for over 14 years at SunTrust Bank in Roanoke. Mr. O’Shaughnessy attended Roanoke College and Virginia Tech.


Laurie C. Hart Laurie C. Hart
EVP & Chief Retail Banking and Deposit Officer

Ms. Hart has been employed with the Bank since November, 2007, serving first as a Senior Deposit and Treasury Management Officer for a year before being promoted to her present position of Head of Retail Banking and Chief Deposit Officer.  Prior to joining HomeTown Bank, she had over 23 years of experience at Wachovia Bank in various positions including capital markets, commercial and corporate banking, wealth management, credit administration, human resources, and training. Ms. Hart is a graduate of Roanoke College with a degree in economics and business administration.
