Personal/Business Customers

  1. Access ID: Enter your current Login ID.

  2. Password: Enter the last four numbers of your SSN.

  3. The system will automatically ask you to change your password.

  4. Use between 8 and 17 alpha numerals including one special character. This can be your existing online banking password if it meets these parameters.

  5. Then complete the Security Enrollment form.

Commercial/Cash Management Customers

Commercial and cash management customers will log in with different parameters than what is listed above. If you have not yet received them, please reach out to your Treasury Officer or Relationship Manager for instructions.


Before downloading our new app, please first log onto online banking using the instructions above so you can set your password.

Then download our new app from your device's store:

Google Play: Search for HTB Mobile

Tablet Version: Search for HTB Mobile for Tablet

Remember to delete the existing app as it will no longer receive updates after 6/23/17.

  • Upgraded Bill Pay system, with e-bill presentment and a quick pay zone so you can pay bills right from the home page

  • Popmoney® personal payment service

  • Enhanced Mobile app with touch ID as well as a Card Valet app so you can turn your HomeTown Bank debit card on and off to protect yourself from fraud

  • Android Pay and Samsung Pay are now available in addition to Apple Pay


While this upgrade has a lot more features and benefits you will enjoy, please note that the following items will not transfer to the new system:

  • Alerts you've set up in the old system will not transfer to the new online banking system. Click on the megaphone icon at the top of the home page to set them up.

  • Online Statements: Previous statements currently available in online banking will not be available in the new system. Click here for instructions on how to save these for future reference.

  • Bill Pay History: All payee information will transfer, but specific payment history will not. Any bill payments that were scheduled on or before 6/22 will transfer to the new system.

  • Quicken and Quickbook users will need to disable HomeTown Bank and then reconnect following our upgrade on June 26. Click here for more information.

  • Our Cash Flow – Any data you've added here will not transfer to the new personal financial management tool. Please download any budgets you’ve set up prior to June 23.
